Christmas is near as we celebrate the birth of our Savior!  Remember to give and think of others first.  There are so many who do not have as near the things we have.  Christ gave us the ultimate gift of eternal life and He came to serve.  Let us make our goal for this Christmas and purpose in life to serve others and bless those who are in need.

"Your love has given me great joy and encouragement, because you, brother, have REFRESHED the hearts of the Lord’s people." Philemon 1:7

Paul writes to Philemon a 'dear friend and fellow worker', and begins with thanksgiving and prayer reflecting on Philemons open heart and open home to the work of the Lord.

Coming home from a 2 week trip in Northern and Southern California that was non-stop, here and there, in and out, and to and fro, you would think we would be exhausted, in need of another week of just sleep and lounging around...especially coming home to  four kids that just started school and sports! But serving the Lord with such amazing brothers and sisters, servant leaders, movers and shakers in the cause for Christ, we found ourselves coming home REFRESHED!
We were abundantly blessed by the show of love for us our music and our ministry, the helping hands, the God appointments, the open homes, the fellowship over meals (btw, Lani Cantu...please send us the recipes for your 'broke da mout' (delicious) Filipino food!!).... But more over, the love shown to the lost, the broken, and the poor in spirit, the steadfast dedication to showing these the joy of knowing Christ...has REFRESHED our hearts and encouraged us to press on! 

Thank you Lord for our family in the faith across the world, may you continue to unite us and use us according to Your will and way! May we continue to encourage and REFRESH eachother more and more! Amen!
